Our automated slitting machine has a design that allows for adaptability: With a little dextrous thinking and ingenuity, it becomes possible to custom-design curtain panels from Poron blocks (as long as they are flexible enough). Innovative in its concept when it originated as just one-of-a-kind vision over 5 years ago, this cutting-edge product has since been developed and improved to match international standards. The one-of-a-kind design of the machine allows for both stability and maneuverability. Not only do the machines conform to flexible production, that also makes them well suited to small-scale manufacturers. Even though its adjustment period is relatively brief, a broad range of dam partitions can be made with the machine, each of which produces a high quality product. The wide range of adjustable settings allows for easy changes between different slit widths and types of materials, making our machines widely applicable. This flexibility is important for companies that work with multiple materials and turning over production lines frequently. If some equipment or the layout of a production plant is altered frequently (eg to suit any new raw material or some extra processing facility)a change of set-up is often necessary: Under this continuous operation mode, our machines would be a much better bet. Furthermore, the ability to custom-fit and adjust the machine means that production flow is uninterrupted.
