Dealer & Agent Programmes
For System Integrators
Wholesale & Trade Supply
Price, Scope & Factory

Distributors, agents and integrators who resell our high-frequency welded pipe mill lines get the terms listed below: delivery, supply tiers, payment, shipping, installation and roll supply.
What Distributors, Agents and Integrators Get
- Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base.
- Our after-sales team answers enquiries.
- Supply is tiered by configuration — a complete line, or the basic unit on its own. The tier reflects scope, not a difference in quality. Pricing is on request.
- Payment is 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning, or by L/C at sight; prices are quoted ex-works (EXW).
- The line is dismantled into units and shipped in containers: heavy frames are braced and secured, while precision parts and wear items travel in wooden cases together with a spare-parts pack.
- Our engineers travel to site to guide installation, commissioning and operator training; the buyer provides the installation crew and covers the engineers’ travel, lodging and daily allowance, and support continues online after handover.
- Rolls are machined in house on our own CNC, so roll and spare supply does not depend on a third party after the sale.
Programme Scope and Who It Is For
The programme covers HG32 to HG630, which is Φ10 to 630 mm, and is for regional equipment distributors reselling high-frequency lines, agents representing the range in their own market, and plant integrators who build whole plants for a client and need full-plant customisation, engineers on site and a manufacturing base the client can inspect.
On the direct forming route, a size change is a servo adjustment of one combined mould rather than a roll change, with roll saving above 90%. On high-end configurations, material yield can reach 93% or more, and actual yield also depends on the buyer’s operation.
Configuration Tiers and What Each Tier Includes
Supply is tiered — complete line versus basic unit — and the tiers differ in what is included, not in how the line is built. A full line is built from eight units: expanding-mandrel uncoiler, five-roller leveller (HG89 and above), automatic shear and butt welder, spiral accumulator, forming and sizing mill, high-frequency induction welder, flying saw, and PLC with variable-frequency control. How the tiers differ is set out under tube mill configuration tiers; the welder is sized to the pipe diameter as explained under HF welder power selection, and how the seam heats is covered under how HF induction welding works.
Technical Support Provided
Our engineers travel to site to guide installation, commissioning and operator training, support continues online after handover, and our after-sales team handles enquiries. Our own manufacturing base is open to factory audits, including visits by an integrator’s own client.
Frequently Asked Questions
What size range does the programme sell into?
HG32 to HG630, which is Φ10 to 630 mm.
Does a size change need a roll change?
On a conventional HG round-pipe line, yes — a size change means a roll change. On a direct forming square line, a size change is a servo adjustment of one combined mould rather than a roll change, with roll saving above 90%; making 100 × 100 mm tube is the one case that needs the upper roll on the final open stand changed.
Who is the programme for?
Regional equipment distributors reselling high-frequency lines, agents representing the range in their own market, and plant integrators who build whole plants for a client and need full-plant customisation, engineers on site and a manufacturing base the client can inspect.
What technical support comes with the line?
Engineers on site to guide installation, commissioning and operator training, online support after handover, our after-sales team for enquiries, and rolls machined on our own CNC so spares do not depend on a third party.
