Conduit Pipe Making Machine Price for Importers

Welded tube mill line running the length of the workshop

A conduit pipe making machine price follows the line you specify, so for importers and trading companies we quote a complete high-frequency welded tube mill or single units against the pipe diameter, wall thickness and output your customer needs. The same lines make the pipe covered under pipe production applications; our wider range is under tube mill manufacturer, and partner terms are under for distributors and integrators.

Scope, Delivery and How It Ships

  1. Scope: a complete line or single units, and the quotation follows that choice.
  2. Lead time: standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base; larger lines are scheduled in the quotation.
  3. Shipping: the line is dismantled into units and shipped in containers, with heavy frames braced and secured and precision parts and wear items in wooden cases together with a spare-parts pack.
  4. Commissioning: two to three of our engineers guide installation, commissioning and operator training on site, with the period set in the quotation; the buyer provides the installation crew and covers their travel, lodging and daily allowance.

Programme Scope and Who It Is For

The programme is for importers and trading companies sourcing pipe plants for their own customers. Our high-frequency welded lines run from Φ10 to Φ630 mm, with direct-forming square tube, API, H-beam, slitting, cold forming and coating lines alongside, so lines for oil & gas line pipe production, structural & scaffolding tube production and furniture & fence tube production can all be sourced from one maker.

Configuration Tiers and What Each Tier Includes

A line is supplied either complete or as single units, with pricing tiered by configuration and the difference reflecting scope rather than quality. Within a tier, the variables are automation level, whether an in-line inspection train is fitted, and the forming route.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the dealer/partner programme include?

For importers it covers a complete line or single units quoted by configuration, our standard lead time and payment terms, engineers on site for installation and commissioning, after-sales support from our service team, and spare parts shipped direct, with rolls machined in-house.

What are typical lead times and payment terms?

Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base. Payment is 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning, or by L/C at sight; prices are quoted ex-works (EXW).

Conduit pipe machine manufacturer

As a conduit pipe machine manufacturer, we make conduit on our high-frequency welded tube mills rather than on a separate machine type: twelve diameter steps cover finished pipe from Φ10 to Φ630 mm with walls of 0.5 to 16 mm, and the mill is chosen by the diameter and wall your customer orders. Larger water and gas mains are covered under water supply, drainage & urban gas pipe production lines.
