Price, Scope & Factory

For dealers, our small-diameter HFW tube mill comes in five machine sizes, HG32 to HG114, covering finished pipe from about Φ10 to Φ114 mm. The right size is the one whose window contains the largest diameter in your customer’s product plan, because the windows overlap rather than tile. Above Φ114 mm the range continues as the large-diameter HFW tube mill; the whole range is under tube mill manufacturer, and partner terms are under for distributors and integrators.
The Five Small-Diameter Steps and How to Pick One
- Five steps: HG32 HFW tube mill Φ10–32 · HG50 HFW tube mill Φ16–50.8 · HG76 HFW tube mill Φ25–76 · HG89 HFW tube mill Φ32–89 · HG114 HFW tube mill Φ45–114 mm.
- Windows overlap — choose by the top of the range, not by the average.
- Welder power: HG32 150 kW · HG50 200 kW · HG76 250 kW · HG89 and HG114 300 kW.
Programme Scope and Who It Is For
The programme is for equipment distributors reselling small-diameter lines into their own market, regional agents representing the range over a longer period, and integrators building a small-diameter line into a larger plant project. At this end of the range the pipe goes into fluid transport, structural and scaffolding tube, and furniture and home tube.
Configuration Tiers and What Each Tier Includes
A full line on HG89 and HG114 is built from eight units: expanding-mandrel uncoiler, five-roller leveller, automatic shear and butt welder, spiral accumulator, forming and sizing mill, high-frequency induction welder, flying saw, and PLC with variable-frequency control; HG32 to HG76 run the same train without the leveller.
Complete line or single unit, with pricing tiered by configuration reflecting scope; within a tier the variables are automation level, section shape and forming route.
Technical Support Provided
Our engineers travel to site to guide installation, commissioning and operator training; the buyer provides the installation crew and covers the engineers’ travel, lodging and daily allowance, and support continues online after handover. Our after-sales team handles enquiries.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the dealer/partner programme include?
What we offer: tiered configuration leaving resale margin, shipment within 90 working days of the deposit for standard lines, payment by T/T or L/C at sight, after-sales support from our service team, two to three of our engineers on site for installation and commissioning with the period set in the quotation, direct spare supply, and rolls machined in-house.
What are typical lead times and payment terms?
Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base. Payment is 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning, or by L/C at sight; prices are quoted ex-works (EXW). The line is dismantled into units and shipped in containers: heavy frames are braced and secured, while precision parts and wear items travel in wooden cases together with a spare-parts pack.
