What Comes With a New Purlin Line

1. Supply: the line is built in our own works, and our engineers guide installation and commissioning on site.
2. Support: our after-sales team handles enquiries, and spare parts are supplied direct.
3. Specification: C/Z interchangeable, stepless size change without changing rolls, up to 20 m/min, 2–4 mm strip, 18 forming passes.
4. Tooling: bearing-steel rolls finished after quenching and quenched Cr12 dies and cutters, machined on our own CNC equipment.

Configuration and Scope of Supply

Our purlin line is a semi-automatic C/Z interchangeable line. It is made up of an entry guide and levelling unit, an 18-pass roll forming machine, two hydraulic punching units with hydraulic cutting, hydraulic stepless width adjustment, an industrial PLC with variable-frequency drive, and a hydraulic station. Commercial Terms: Lead Time, Payment and Incoterms

Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base.

Payment is 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning, or by L/C at sight; prices are quoted ex-works (EXW).

The line is dismantled into units and shipped in containers: heavy frames are braced and secured, while precision parts and wear items travel in wooden cases together with a spare-parts pack.

Installation and commissioning are guided on site by our engineers, with online support behind them; the buyer provides the installation crew and covers the engineers’ travel, lodging and daily allowance.

Spare Parts and Tooling Supply

Forming rolls are bearing steel, finished after quenching; dies and cutters are quenched Cr12. One set of dies and cutters ships with the line, and Cr12 dies and cutters can be supplied as they are reground or replaced. Rolls are machined on our own CNC equipment, so replacement rolls do not depend on an outside tool shop, and spare parts ship direct.
