Can I book an engineer for a technical call?
Yes — a technical video call with an engineer can be arranged before any commercial conversation. It is the right route when a drawing, a mill layout or a standard needs to be discussed rather than described in writing.
Bring the three numbers that size a line — target outside diameter, wall thickness and required output — and the call can get to a configuration rather than a brochure.
Can I arrange a video factory tour?
Yes. Tengtian runs its own production base and it is open to audit, in person or by live video.
A remote walk-through covers what an on-site audit would look at: the CNC bay where forming rolls and wear parts are machined in-house, the assembly bay where a complete line is pre-assembled and test-run before shipment, and the despatch area where it is broken down into container units.

What information should I send with an enquiry?
Three numbers are enough to open a line-sizing conversation: the target outside diameter, the wall thickness, and the output the plant needs. From those, the welding technology, the model step and the scope of supply follow.
If the finished pipe has to meet a specific standard — API 5L for line pipe, GOST R 58966-2020 for H-beam — say so in the first message, because that decides the inspection chain the line has to carry. Anything else (site power, floor plan, coil supply, automation level) refines the quotation but does not need to be ready first.
