Tube Mill Rolls Manufacturer — Parts Supply for Distributors

Tube mill forming and sizing stands with rolls in the Tengtian workshop

As a tube mill rolls manufacturer, we machine forming and sizing rolls in-house on our own CNC and supply them to distributors together with the spare parts for the lines we build, so your tube mill spare parts supplier is also the maker of the line. Rolls are wear-replacement spares; saw blades, induction coils, impeders, torch tips and milling inserts are consumables. The line-by-line parts lists are under tube mill rolls & spare parts, our wider range is under tube mill manufacturer, and partner terms are under for distributors and integrators.

How Spare Parts Are Made and Supplied

  1. Rolls are made here — in-house CNC machining, so supply does not depend on an outside tool shop.
  2. Rolls are spares, not consumables — replaced on wear.
  3. Consumable lists differ by process — an HFW line has no filler wire at all; a spiral line consumes wire and flux.
  4. Spares ship direct, not back through the original project channel.
  5. Service lives: set by the consumable and the duty cycle, so ask for roll life against your own pipe specification.

Programme Scope and Who It Is For

The programme covers the parts a distributor stocks for the lines we build: forming and sizing rolls machined on our own CNC, wear-replacement spares such as cutter heads, ultrasonic probes and X-ray tubes, and the consumables each line uses. It suits distributors who sell or service our tube mills in their own market and want those parts to ship direct from the manufacturer rather than back through the original project channel.

Configuration Tiers and What Each Tier Includes

For spare parts the useful split is by line family rather than by configuration tier: high-frequency welded tube mills, spiral submerged arc lines, slitting lines and the API inspection train each have their own parts list, and the lists do not overlap. The items consumed in operation, line by line, are under tube mill consumables & wear parts.

Commercial Terms: Lead Time, Payment and Incoterms

Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base. Payment is 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning, or by L/C at sight; prices are quoted ex-works (EXW). The line is dismantled into units and shipped in containers: heavy frames are braced and secured, while precision parts and wear items travel in wooden cases together with a spare-parts pack.

Support and Spare-Parts Supply

Support — our engineers travel to site to guide installation, commissioning and operator training; the buyer provides the installation crew and covers the engineers’ travel, lodging and daily allowance. After handover, support continues online and spare parts ship direct.

What the buyer still owns — process media are purchased locally to our specification, and incoming strip grade and flatness remain the buyer’s responsibility however the spares are supplied.

Why in-house matters — rolls are machined on our own CNC, so a repeat roll set does not wait on an outside tool shop. Roll material and heat treatment govern shape stability, and how the rolls are designed and machined is under roll design & cnc machining.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the dealer/partner programme include?

For spare parts, the programme covers rolls machined in-house on our own CNC, spares shipped direct rather than through the original project channel, a spare-parts pack with the original container, and after-sales support from our service team.

What are typical lead times and payment terms?

Spare-parts lead times and payment terms are confirmed with each quotation.

Which configuration tiers are available and what changes between them?

For spares the meaningful classification is not a tier but a family: HFW, spiral, slitting and API each have their own part list, and they do not overlap. Within a list the split that matters is wear-replacement spares — rolls, cutter heads, probes, X-ray tubes — against continuously consumed items.

How are spare parts and rolls supplied after handover?

Rolls are machined in-house on our own CNC; spares ship direct rather than through the original project channel; a spare-parts pack travels with the original container.

What technical support do partners receive?

An after-sales team and online support, with engineers sent to site for installation, commissioning and operator training; the buyer covers their travel, lodging and daily allowance.

Tube mill rolls supplier

As a tube mill rolls supplier, we quote roll sets for the pipe sizes you need and machine them on our own CNC. Send us the line model, the pipe sizes and whether you need forming rolls, sizing rolls or both, and we quote the set ex-works (EXW).
