Spray paint line on its raised platform

Integrators adding in-line coating to a tube plant can fit our auto spray paint line for tube & pipe, supplied as an accessory to our tube mills and other lines. It paints the outer surface of square tube 25 × 25 to 125 × 125 mm, wall 1.0 to 4.0 mm and 6 to 12 m long, at up to 60 m/min, in one continuous pass: feeding, cleaning, heating, painting, conveying, unloading and stacking, then off on the removal rack. Our wider range is under tube mill manufacturer, and partner terms are under for distributors and integrators.

What It Handles, How Fast, and How It Is Supplied

  1. Workpiece window: square tube 25 × 25 – 125 × 125 mm, wall 1.0–4.0 mm, length 6–12 m, fed in bundles of 300 × 300 to 600 × 600 mm.
  2. Line speed: up to 60 m/min; tell us the speed of the mill that will feed it.
  3. Supply: the 125 Automatic Spraying Production Line, offered as an accessory to our tube mills and other lines; the unit-by-unit specification is under pipe coating line configuration.

Programme Scope and Who It Is For

The programme is for integrators adding in-line coating to a pipe or section plant, beside a new mill or an existing one. Tengtian builds four product families — welded pipe equipment, slitting and cut-to-length lines, cold roll forming equipment and H-beam production lines — and the spray line is offered as an accessory to them, not as a fifth family. Where it meets the mill, what we need from you is the tube sizes and wall thicknesses you run, the lengths, the speed of the mill that will feed it, the space you have for the line and the coating specification your finished tube has to meet; the coating specification is the item most likely to change the configuration.

Configuration Tiers and What Each Tier Includes

The line comes in one configuration, the 125 line, built from eight units in sequence: feeding, cleaning, heating, painting, transportation, unloading, stacking and the removal rack. Between jobs what changes is the tube size and length, and the main running costs are paint, the cleaning medium and the energy used for heating.

Technical Support Provided

Our engineers travel to site to guide installation, commissioning and operator training; the buyer provides the installation crew and covers the engineers’ travel, lodging and daily allowance, and support continues online after handover. Our after-sales team handles enquiries.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the integrator programme include?

For integrators the programme is the coating line as an accessory to the mill: the 125 line matched to your tube range, the speed of the feeding mill and the space you have for it, and installation and commissioning guided on site by our engineers.

What are typical lead times and payment terms?

Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base. Payment is 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning, or by L/C at sight; prices are quoted ex-works (EXW). The line is dismantled into units and shipped in containers: heavy frames are braced and secured, while precision parts and wear items travel in wooden cases together with a spare-parts pack.
