Forming stands of a tube mill line

As one of the steel tube mill manufacturers selling through distributors, regional agents and plant integrators, Tengtian offers partners tiered configurations that leave room for resale margin, stated commercial terms, engineers on site for installation and commissioning, and rolls machined in-house. The lines themselves are described under tube mill manufacturer, and every partner programme is listed under for distributors and integrators.

What the Dealer Programme Actually Offers

  1. Tiered configuration gives resale margin — pricing is tiered by configuration, reflecting scope.
  2. Shipment within 90 working days of the deposit for standard lines, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base.
  3. Payment: 30% / 65% / 5% by T/T — on signing, before shipment and after installation and commissioning; L/C at sight is also accepted.
  4. After-sales support: our after-sales team handles enquiries, with online support after handover and engineers dispatched on site.
  5. Rolls machined in-house on our own CNC — spares and roll supply are not dependent on an outside tool shop.
  6. Installation, commissioning and operator training guided on site by our engineers; the buyer provides the installation crew and covers the engineers’ travel, lodging and daily allowance.

Programme Scope and Who It Is For

We work with three kinds of partner: equipment distributors and resellers, who buy lines to resell; regional agents, who represent us to buyers in their market; and plant and engineering integrators, who build a complete plant for an end customer and can inspect our manufacturing base before ordering. Integrators have their own page, tube mill lines for integrators.

Partners who also sell forming equipment can take our roll forming machines & cold roll forming lines and the purlin roll forming machine from the same factory.

Configuration Tiers and What Each Tier Includes

Supply is classified into a complete line and a single unit or module, and that classification is the basis of the tiered quotation; price differences reflect scope rather than quality. How each tier is made up is set out under tube mill configuration tiers.

Within a tier, the dimensions that change are automation level (semi-automatic or fully automatic PLC), whether an in-line inspection train is present (absent on an ordinary welded line, present on an API line), and the forming route (conventional roll forming or direct forming square).

Commercial Terms: Lead Time, Payment and Incoterms

Lead time. Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base.

Trade terms. Prices are quoted ex-works (EXW).

Packing. The line is dismantled into units and shipped in containers: heavy frames are braced and secured, while precision parts and wear items travel in wooden cases together with a spare-parts pack.

Payment. 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning; an L/C at sight is also accepted. The final 5% is held until the line has been commissioned.

Support and Spare-Parts Supply

Spare parts and rolls. Forming and sizing rolls are classified as wear-replacement spares and are machined in-house on our own CNC equipment, so roll supply does not depend on an outside tool shop; other spare parts ship direct.

Support. Our engineers travel to site to guide installation, commissioning and operator training; the buyer provides the installation crew and covers the engineers’ travel, lodging and daily allowance. Support continues online after handover, and our after-sales team handles enquiries. The full scope and acceptance terms are under tube mill supply scope, commissioning & acceptance criteria.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the dealer/partner programme include?

The programme includes tiered configuration that leaves room for resale margin, the lead time and payment terms set out above, engineers on site for installation and commissioning, direct spare-parts supply, and rolls machined in-house.

What are typical lead times and payment terms?

Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base. Payment is 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning, or L/C at sight; prices are quoted ex-works (EXW).

Which configuration tiers are available and what changes between them?

Supply is either a complete line or a single unit. Within a tier, three things change: automation level (semi-automatic or fully automatic PLC), whether an in-line inspection train is fitted, and the forming route (conventional roll forming or direct forming square). The largest single scope difference is the API inspection train — annealing, straightening, end facing, hydrostatic testing, ultrasonic and eddy-current inspection — which an ordinary welded line does not carry.

How are spare parts and rolls supplied after handover?

Rolls are machined in-house on our own CNC equipment, which is the reason roll supply does not depend on an outside tool shop for lead time or consistency. Spare parts ship direct rather than through the original project channel, and a spare-parts pack travels with the original container.

What technical support do partners receive?

Engineers on site to guide installation, commissioning and operator training, online support after handover, and our after-sales team for enquiries. The on-site terms, including what the buyer provides, are set out under Support and Spare-Parts Supply above.

Automatic tube mill manufacturer

As an automatic tube mill manufacturer, we specify automation as part of the line rather than as an add-on: semi-automatic, or fully automatic under PLC control, and the automatic tube mill is the fully automatic version. Control is PLC-based with variable-frequency drives, giving stable, repeatable operation — the basis for meeting the technical standards that automotive component and new-energy manufacturers work to.

ISO 9001 tube mill manufacturer

As an ISO 9001 tube mill manufacturer, we run a quality management system certified to GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015, with a registered scope covering steel tube mill and roll forming machine production. The certificate details are on our tube mill manufacturer page.
