The line is an accessory production line that applies an anti-corrosion coating to the outer surface of steel pipe and section.
In This Line
The automatic spray paint line is a steel pipe coating machine that runs in line, painting the outer surface of finished square tube for corrosion protection. It handles square tube 25 × 25 to 125 × 125 mm, wall 1.0 to 4.0 mm and length 6 to 12 m, at up to 60 m/min, and is supplied as an accessory to our tube mill & welded pipe production line and our other lines.
What Is Auto Spray Paint Line for Tube & Pipe
An auto spray paint line takes finished tube from the bundle and paints its outer surface in one continuous pass. Each tube is fed in, cleaned, heated, painted, carried on, unloaded and stacked, and leaves on a removal rack. Tengtian builds four product families: welded pipe equipment, slitting and cut-to-length lines, cold roll forming equipment and H-beam production lines. The spray line is offered as an accessory to them, not as a fifth family. Where coated tube ends up is covered under pipe production applications.

Feeding. Tube arrives at the entry in bundles of 300 × 300 to 600 × 600 mm.

How to Choose the Right Model
- Check the tube. Square tube from 25 × 25 to 125 × 125 mm, wall 1.0 to 4.0 mm and 6 to 12 m long fits the 125 line.
- Check the speed. The line runs at up to 60 m/min. Tell us the speed of the mill that will feed it.
- Tell us about the coating. The paint you use, the colour and the finish you need are agreed with you at enquiry, together with the space you have for the line.

Scope of Supply, Installation and Commissioning
Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base.
The line is dismantled into units and shipped in containers: heavy frames are braced and secured, while precision parts and wear items travel in wooden cases together with a spare-parts pack.
Our engineers travel to site to guide installation, commissioning and operator training; the buyer provides the installation crew and covers the engineers’ travel, lodging and daily allowance, and support continues online after handover. Our after-sales team handles enquiries.
Payment is 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning, or by L/C at sight; prices are quoted ex-works (EXW).
Tube surface coating line
