H-Beam Production Line
This range covers the H-beam production line: a high-frequency welded line that makes structural H-sections to GOST R 58966-2020 from hot-rolled strip.
In This Line
What Is H-Beam Production Line
The line welds and forms H-sections rather than pipe. It runs on hot-rolled strip supplied as slit coil, and produces beams from 147 to 450 mm in height to GOST R 58966-2020, the Russian standard for welded H-sections.
It welds with high frequency, as our tube mills do, but the product is an open structural section, not a closed tube. The slit coil it runs on can be prepared on our own coil slitting line.

H-Beam Production Line — Range, Configuration and Output
The input is low-carbon or low-alloy hot-rolled strip in slit coil form, across a grade range of 235 to 590 MPa. Grade is what decides the mechanical properties of the finished beam.
The grades are the GOST family plus two Powerweld grades: С255, С345, С375, С390, С440, Powerweld 420 and Powerweld 460.
Strip grade and the welding procedure are matched to reach the GOST properties of the finished beam.
Key Parameters: Size Range, Web and Flange Thickness and Output
- Beam height: 147–450 mm.
- Flange width: 80–350 mm.
- Web and flange thickness: 4–16 mm, optionally up to 20 mm.
- Strip: low-carbon and low-alloy hot-rolled slit coil, strength category 235–590 MPa (С255, С345, С375, С390, С440, Powerweld 420, Powerweld 460).
- Welding: high-frequency; product standard GOST R 58966-2020.
- Output: not less than 20 t per hour; annual capacity not less than 100,000 t on two 12-hour shifts.
The full size and grade tables are on our H-beam welding machine page.
How to Choose the Right Model
The line produces welded H-beams to GOST R 58966-2020, so the first thing to settle is whether your order is written against that standard; see our guide to GOST R 58966-2020 for welded H-beams.
The second input is grade. Because strip grade sets the mechanical properties of the finished beam, and because grade and welding have to be matched, the grade you need is what fixes both the incoming material specification and the welding procedure.
The third is section size, read against the 147–450 mm height and 4–16 mm (to 20 mm) web and flange window.
Scope of Supply, Installation and Commissioning
Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base.
The line is dismantled into units and shipped in containers: heavy frames are braced and secured, while precision parts and wear items travel in wooden cases together with a spare-parts pack.
Installation and commissioning are guided on site by our engineers, with online support behind them; the buyer provides the installation crew and covers the engineers’ travel, lodging and daily allowance. Our after-sales team handles enquiries.
Payment is 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning, or by L/C at sight; prices are quoted ex-works (EXW).
H beam production line manufacturer
We build the H-beam line at our own works in Hebei: a high-frequency welded line that turns hot-rolled slit coil into H-beams 147–450 mm high to GOST R 58966-2020, at not less than 20 t per hour.
Certification
The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Tengtian holds a national high-tech enterprise certificate and a Madrid international trademark registration, and has 30 granted utility model patents, with 7 invention patents applied for.
What to send with an enquiry
Send us the steel grade, the beam height and flange width, the web and flange thickness, the standard your order is written against, and the annual tonnage you plan. Distributors can also see our H-beam line distributors page.
Send Your Enquiry
Tell us the pipe outside-diameter range, the wall thickness and the output you need. An engineer reads every enquiry — it does not land in a general sales inbox.
