Price, Scope & Factory

For distributors, a square pipe making machine price follows the configuration your customer needs. Our direct forming square tube mill makes square and rectangular tube from 30 × 30 to 500 × 500 mm with wall 1.5 to 20 mm across seven bands, and within each band one combined mould covers the sizes, so a size change is a servo adjustment rather than a roll change. Our wider range is under tube mill manufacturer, and partner terms are under for distributors and integrators.
Section Range, Size Change and Roll Cost
- Section 30 × 30 – 500 × 500 mm, wall 1.5–20 mm across seven bands; the band-by-band table is under direct forming size range.
- One combined mould per band — size change by servo adjustment, no roll change; making 100 × 100 mm tube is the one case that needs the upper roll on the final open stand changed.
- Roll saving above 90%, with longer roll life.
Programme Scope and Who It Is For
The programme is for equipment distributors reselling direct forming lines into their own market, regional agents representing the line over a longer period, and integrators building a square tube line into a larger plant project. It suits plants that change square and rectangular sizes often, where roll cost and changeover time decide the choice of line.
Configuration Tiers and What Each Tier Includes
Complete line or single unit, with pricing tiered by configuration reflecting scope. For this family the configuration content is the forming route itself — direct forming with one combined mould against conventional round-to-square — with fewer forming passes and fewer roll changes on the direct route; the two routes are compared under direct forming vs round-to-square.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the dealer/partner programme include?
What we offer: tiered configuration leaving resale margin, shipment within 90 working days of the deposit for standard lines, payment by T/T or L/C at sight, after-sales support from our service team, two to three of our engineers on site for installation and commissioning with the period set in the quotation, direct spare supply, and rolls and tooling machined in-house.
What are typical lead times and payment terms?
Standard lines ship within 90 working days of the deposit, with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base. Payment is 30% by T/T on signing, 65% by T/T before shipment and 5% after installation and commissioning, or by L/C at sight; prices are quoted ex-works (EXW). The line is dismantled into units and shipped in containers: heavy frames are braced and secured, while precision parts and wear items travel in wooden cases together with a spare-parts pack.
Direct forming square tube mill manufacturer
As a direct forming square tube mill manufacturer, we design the combined mould to contact the strip at points rather than along a continuous roll surface, which reduces roll wear, and one mould set serves every size in its band instead of one set per size; that is where the roll saving in direct forming comes from. The tooling itself is machined in-house on our own CNC.
